01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at pkr88.club and all related services provided thereon.

By accessing pkr88, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players and any other persons who access or use pkr88 in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use pkr88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr88 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of pkr88 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the platform or have had a pkr88 account closed for a breach of these Terms.

pkr88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pkr88 at any time. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkr88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify pkr88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pkr88 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Methods

pkr88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Deposit Responsibility

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. pkr88 does not accept deposits from third parties. pkr88 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pkr88 reserves the right to process withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times vary by method: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within hours; bank transfers may take up to three business days. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where a player's account is under review.

4.4 Dormant Account Fees

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pkr88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the account holder via their registered email address. Players will be given reasonable notice before any fees are applied.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback or other promotional incentives to players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Applicable wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to individual registered players and may not be transferred between accounts.
• pkr88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has abused a promotional offer, exploited an error, or engaged in patterns of play designed to extract value without genuine gambling intent.
• Where a maximum cashout limit applies to a bonus, winnings exceeding that limit will be removed before withdrawal processing.
• Promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.
• Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pkr88 are supplied by independently certified third-party providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO and Ezugi. Each game operates according to that provider's published rules and uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer process.

The displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes will vary significantly from the published RTP. pkr88 makes no representation regarding the outcome of any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round in question will be declared void and any wager placed in that round will be returned to the player's account. pkr88 will not pay out on results generated through malfunction, error or software fault.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or its games in an automated or non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of exploits, bugs or software errors to gain a financial advantage that would not exist under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering or using pkr88 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward pkr88 staff or other players.
• Accessing pkr88 from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr88 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game content and user interface components — is the property of pkr88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from pkr88.

09 Responsible Gaming

pkr88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Configure timed alerts that notify you of your session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary suspension (minimum 1 month) or permanent closure of your account. During a self-exclusion period, pkr88 will not allow reactivation of the account. Contact support to initiate self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during active gameplay showing session duration and net gaming outcome.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred during normal platform use.
• Interruptions, delays or errors in platform availability.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have not maintained reasonable security of your credentials.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers.
• Data loss, corruption or security incidents beyond pkr88's reasonable control.

pkr88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

pkr88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Upon receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory direction or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — for example, upon player request — any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after due diligence.

12 Privacy

pkr88 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You should review the Privacy Policy before registering.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pkr88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pkr88 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr88 is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact pkr88 support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. pkr88 aims to resolve all player complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
